We are seeking an experienced Risk Consultant or Auditor with at least 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering in non-financial risk domains (e.g. operational risk, cyber/IT risk, Third Party, BCM…) as well as a strong business acumen. As a key player in our team, you will work directly with senior consultants and clients to analyse business challenges and risks, develop actionable recommendations, and implement practical solutions.
- Understand clients environment and business priorities.
- Assess regulatory requirements and design pragmatic solutions.
- Develop and present insigts and actionnable recommendations to clients
- Map business needs and propose risk management strategies and solutions to clients.
- Assess to identify potential areas of improvements
- Identify opportunities for improvement related to risks management practices and contribute to the development of leading practices
- Provide guidance to clients on operational risk or domain risk (IT/Cyber, BCM,…) management practices.
- Conduct independent assessments of risk/audit practices and provide actionable advices.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer science, or engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit or consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic, able and willing to propose new ideas.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
