Thomas Baudesson
Managing Director
Senior business architect and IT strategist, Thomas has served the financial services, insurance and legal industries for twenty-five years, with a focus on enterprise architecture, systems integration and operational transformation.
He has held a succession of senior roles driving company transformation in financial services — aligning IT frameworks with business objectives, embedding modelling standards such as BPMN, and modernising systems in environments where nothing can simply be switched off.
On top of an architecture background, Thomas brings the perspective of someone who has had to run what he designed.
Alexandre Castaing
Managing Director
Alexandre leads Axon’s consulting services in resilience, governance, risk and compliance. He has practised risk, audit and cyber security across financial services, healthcare, hospitality, telecommunications and consumer goods — a breadth that shows when a regulated problem turns out to be an operating problem.
For more than fifteen years he has provided executive counsel on strategic opportunities and risks, and has been the person Boards and executive committees turn to when a decision cannot wait for certainty.
He has sat on both sides of the table: advising on frameworks, and being accountable for the controls those frameworks produce.
