Cookies
This website sets no cookies. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no social plug-ins, no embedded third-party content. There is therefore nothing to consent to, and no cookie banner.
If you are logged in to the site as an administrator, WordPress sets strictly necessary session cookies. These are exempt from consent under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC and are never used to observe visitors.
Should we introduce audience measurement in the future, we will use a solution that operates without cookies and without transferring data outside the European Union, or we will ask for your consent beforehand.
What we collect, and why
Contact form. First and last name, work email, organisation, type of entity, capability and mode of interest, and the message you write. We use these solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Server logs. Our host records technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, for security and availability. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
What we do not do
We do not profile visitors, we do not build audience segments, and we do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
Recipients
Your data is accessible to the Axon consultants handling your request, and to our hosting and email provider acting as processor under an Article 28 contract: Infomaniak Network SA.
Transfers outside the EU
Our hosting is operated in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection (adequacy decision of 26 July 2000, confirmed under Article 45 GDPR). No other transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after twenty-four months. Where an engagement follows, data is retained for the duration of the contract and for the legal retention periods that apply afterwards.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to privacy@axon.lu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg.
