How we handle personal data collected through this website, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What we collect, and why
Contact form. First and last name, work email, organisation, type of entity, capability and mode of interest, and the message you write. We use these solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Server logs. Our host records technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, for security and availability. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
What we do not do
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not profile visitors, and we do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
Recipients
Your data is accessible to the Axon consultants handling your request, and to our hosting and email providers acting as processors under Article 28 contracts:

Transfers outside the EU
We host and process within the European Union. Where a transfer outside the EU becomes necessary, it will rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after twenty-four months. Where an engagement follows, data is retained for the duration of the contract and for the legal retention periods that apply afterwards.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@axon.lu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), Luxembourg.
